Information we collect

We collect information you provide in accounts, candidate profiles, resumes, applications, employer profiles, job listings, orders, support messages, and job alerts. We also collect basic technical and security information such as IP address, browser information, cookies, and activity needed to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, show and match jobs, process applications, manage listings and purchases, deliver alerts and service emails, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve the marketplace.

Candidate visibility

Candidate profiles and resumes are not intended for public search-engine indexing. Authorized employers and site administrators may view candidate information needed for recruiting. Candidates control the information they submit and may edit or remove their profiles through the candidate dashboard.

Employers and applications

When you apply for a job, the application information you choose to submit is shared with the employer responsible for that listing. Employers are responsible for their own recruiting decisions and handling of applicant information after receiving it.

Payments and service providers

Orders are processed through WooCommerce and any payment provider enabled at checkout. Velseek may use hosting, email, security, analytics, and other service providers that process information only to provide their services.

Cookies

Cookies are used for sign-in, account sessions, preferences, security, carts, and checkout. Your browser can block cookies, but account and commerce features may not work correctly.

Retention and deletion
