These Terms govern use of Velseek Jobs. By using the marketplace, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Marketplace role

Velseek provides technology that helps candidates discover opportunities and employers publish listings and manage recruiting activity. Velseek is not the employer, staffing agency, or decision-maker for listings unless a page expressly states otherwise. A listing, match score, recommendation, or application does not guarantee employment, an interview, or a hiring result.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the correct candidate or employer account type. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact Velseek promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Candidate responsibilities

Candidates must submit truthful professional information and only materials they have the right to use. Do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for recruiting.

Employer responsibilities

Employers must post genuine, lawful opportunities; identify the hiring organization accurately; describe material requirements and compensation truthfully; and comply with employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, accessibility, and advertising laws. Misleading listings, fees charged to applicants, illegal discrimination, phishing, and requests for unnecessary sensitive information are prohibited.

Applications and communications

Applications are delivered to the employer responsible for the listing. Users must not misuse contact information, send spam, scrape profiles, or circumvent access controls.

Plans, billing, and refunds

Job-posting packages are one-time purchases for the duration and credits shown at checkout; they do not automatically renew unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Used credits and activated digital services are generally non-refundable. For an unused purchase made in error, contact Velseek within seven days. Any refund is subject to applicable law and the payment provider’s rules.

Moderation

Velseek may review, reject, suspend, expire, or remove accounts, listings, resumes, or content that violates these Terms, creates risk, or is no longer current. Users may report suspicious listings through the Contact page.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Velseek a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the service. The Velseek brand, site design, and platform materials may not be copied or misused.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Velseek disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for independent employer or candidate conduct, hiring decisions, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. Velseek may suspend access for violations or risk. Terms may be updated as the service evolves; the date above identifies the current version.
